Upcoming Webinar

October 18 (Wednesday) - Large Server Hardware Company with James Carpenter

The key director most involved in my LeSS case study and I will provide an overview of my case study, followed by an extended Q&A session. Rather than hear from only me (a consultant), you will get to hear from and directly ask questions of the client.

My LeSS case study includes:

  • Complex power politics;
  • Mix of hardware, firmware, and middleware; and
  • Multiple geographies.

We will talk about all of this, and anything else attendees bring up.
