Thanks to the interest shown, my Milwaukee Certified LeSS Practitioner course is now officially scheduled for January 24-26.
This will be a small course with no more than 15 participants, which will result in great learning outcomes. People are already signing up, so please book quickly to avoid missing out.
Those of you coming from out of town can fly into either MKE or ORD. If you are coming from the Midwest you may find taking the train provides a great low stress travel option. Anyone arriving by train or flying into MKE won't need to bother with a rental car. Any of the suggested hotels will place you within easy walking distance of a variety of dining and shopping choices, and only a short Uber ride from the training venue.
More complete details can be found at the dedicated page of the Agile Carpentry website.
Three more videos in the LeSS with Gene and James series are now available.
Take a peek behind the curtain to understand how I am able to maintain eye contact during a Zoom call and look directly at you at the same time. Once you know the right hardware to buy, setting up for direct eye contact is far easier than you might think. This is especially true for those of you who are already using an external camera.
At least a couple other Certified LeSS Trainers I know have immediately decided to act to improve their own video meeting setup after watching this video.
For all the nitty-gritty details on the specific hardware discussed in the video, please see the Teleprompter for Zoom Meetings page on agilecarpentry.com.
To avoid missing any of these videos you can subscribe to any of the following:
Gene and I are also routinely creating LinkedIn posts for these videos.

Two opportunities for those of you who would like a LeSS course available in your own city include:
1) Contact me for details regarding a walk-through of my LeSS Practitioner course. This can be a great way to help convince senior management of the value of a private course.
2) Fill out my survey so I know where you would like a public course, and ask others to do the same.
